• Semi Private Training – BeWell Fitness offers individualized programs and plans for all fitness levels.  All programs are customized to satisfy the goals and needs of each client.  The plans are strategically developed to achieve the end goals for total success.  We first try to attain the immediate needs of each client while always striving to move forward to achieve long-term improvement and maximum personal accomplishment. Training in small groups is one of the most effective ways to exercise and offers a cost-effective way to improve fitness levels.
     

  • FMS Assessment and Corrective Exercise – This is a specialized 7 movement screen that assesses the areas that are most susceptible to injury or have the greatest weakness. It is a comprehensive assessment that was designed by 2 of the top physical therapists and athletic trainers in the country. This assessment is used on every client and then the findings are used to base a corrective strategy and strength program. If we can not correct the areas of imbalance, weakness and non-function then we can not and will not move forward. 
     

  • Strength and Conditioning – Our performance driven clients are driven by many factors in an effort to improve their sport specific and athletic performance levels.  Once we identify the individual’s specific needs, we make an effort to create an aggressive plan that elevates function, improves body composition, while also delivering each student the knowledge and tools to maximize their athletic potential.
