Personal Training – Be Well Fitness offers individualized
programs and plans for all ages, genders and fitness levels. All programs
are customized to satisfy the goals and needs of each client. The plans are
strategically developed to achieve the end goals of each client with the
commitment to offering programs for total solutions. We first try to attain
the immediate needs of each client while always striving to move forward to
achieve long-term improvement and maximum personal accomplishment.
FMS Assessment and Goal Setting – No matter what the specific
needs are for each individual client our custom assessment and goal setting
strategy guarantees that we not only determine the client’s fitness level,
but also set goals to reach at documented time periods.
High School / College – Our younger clients are driven by
many factors in an effort to improve their sport specific and athletic
performance levels. Once we identify the individual’s specific needs, we
make an effort to create an aggressive plan that elevates function, improves
body composition, while also delivering each student the knowledge and tools
to maximize their athletic potential.
Special Groups – Training in small groups is one of the most
rewarding ways to exercise and often offers a very cost-effective way to
improve fitness levels. Our small group offerings take individuals with
similar goals or who are from a common team and put them through customized
workouts that help improve the performance levels for the entire group.
Group training ranges from students training to improve sports performance
levels to older populations looking to improve function and well-being, to
energetic group classes to help with weight-loss and toning.
Workshops – Ben Wellenbach is an expert Exercise Physiologist and Performance Trainer. His workshops deal with a wide-range of topics such as Injury Prevention, Technique, Sports Performance for the High School Athlete, Sports Nutrition, Functional Fitness, Fitness for the Working Professional, ….
