Our memberships are tailored to get optimum results for you. After being assessed & screened, we will layout your best program options based on your goals and assessment results.

Whether you are training for performance (Sports or Tactical) or the "Game of Life" we will help find the best program to fit your needs.

Annual Membership Options:

Fit Club: $149 x 12 Months

Unlimited access to our high-energy group coaching sessions. Programs change once a month and they are designed to increase your function and perform better while reducing injuries and burning fat.


Fit Club All Access: $199 x 12 Months

All the benefits of the Fit Club PLUS:

  • One (1) semi-private coaching session/week (Up to 4/mo)
  • Individualized program design, changed every 4-6 weeks specifically for you
  • Unlimited use of the gym during open gym hours with a copy of your specific program

Fit Club All Access Elite: $369 x 12 Months

All the benefits of the Fit Club All Access PLUS:

  • A second (2) semi-private coaching session/week (Up to 8/mo)

Fit Club All Access Pro: $529 x 12 Months

All the benefits of the Fit Club All Access Elite PLUS:

  • A third (3) semi-private coaching session/week (Up to 12/mo)

Class Descriptions

Get-Fit Session: For all Training Levels.

Get Fit

Each session will focus on building and maintaining a solid foundation. We will use various exercise tools including: resistance bands, medicine balls, dumb bells, and bodyweight movements.

All individuals will be performing similar movements at different intensity levels.
